What we collect

When you subscribe to the Dispatch we collect your email address. Nothing else — no accounts, no tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To confirm your subscription (double opt-in) and send the Dispatch newsletter.
• Never sold, rented, or shared for third-party marketing.

Who processes it

Email delivery and list storage: Resend (resend.com). Hosting: Cloudflare. Both act as processors under their own terms.

Analytics — what we count, and what we refuse to

We run our own analytics. No Google, no Meta, no advertising networks, no third-party scripts of any kind, and no cookies.

• What we record: the page visited, the website that referred you (hostname only — never the full link), any campaign tag in the link you clicked, your country, mobile or desktop, roughly how long the page was open, and how far down you scrolled.
• What we never store: your IP address, your full browser string, your name, or anything that identifies you personally.
• How we count returning visitors: a scrambled one-way code made from your connection details plus a secret that changes every day, so we can count daily visitors without knowing who they are and can't follow anyone across days.

You can't be identified from any of it, and none of it is sold or shared.

Your choices

• Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• Access, correction, or deletion requests: posse@agentposse.com. We honor applicable GDPR/CCPA rights.

Retention & children

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. This site is not directed to anyone under 18.
